We are currently looking for a highly motivated, helpful and passionate IT Service Desk Technician to join our IT Helpdesk Team located in our Head Office in Dandenong South.
Reporting to IT Service Desk Manager, your Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Providing prompt response and resolution to support calls and ensuring the timely completion of IT Service Desk tickets and other IT related enquiries.
- Acting as a first point of contact for IT related matters.
- Responding to requests for hardware/software maintenance, including providing telephone/remote support for laptops, printers, iPhones and iPads.
- Setting up and supporting company devices.
- Configuring and maintaining users in active directory, Speedy (CRM), WS1 (SAP), and email systems including new starters, staff transfers and terminations.
- Maintaining the Asset Database (IT equipment and mobile devices).
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
- A passion for delivering first class customer service in a timely manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills to troubleshoot issues and enjoy hunting down problems
- IT skills and looking for hands on experience to grow your IT career
- Process orientated, logical thinking and have an ability to follow documented procedures
- The flexibility to work from 7.00am to 8.00pm with rotating shifts
- The ability to work as part of a team and deal with high call volumes
- IT qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory
