About this role.
Due to our continuous growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Management Administrator to join our Customer Management Team, this role is based in Dandenong South. This role provides strong administration and practical support to both the Customer Management Team and our customers.
Reporting to the Customer Management Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain the Wurth Customer Database in our IT system WS1.
- Supporting activities to increase the number of active customers.
- Improving customer satisfaction and sales growth through assistance of our customers and the sales force.
- Streamline existing and develop new processes that can help Wurth Australia keep their customers inspired and encourage long-term business relationships
- Supporting with reporting on customer figures for various stakeholders
Key to your success will be:
- The successful candidate will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have advanced computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and SAP(WS1).
- The ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
- Be able to work in a team and be a team player.
- Have an ability to prioritise your work in a fast paced and busy environment.
Whilst industry related experience would be beneficial in this role, we are willing to provide full training to an enthusiastic and driven individual who is prepared to learn and develop themselves in their career.
