We are currently looking for a
highly motivated Part-Time Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance
Team, working 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day (either 9am to 1pm or
1pm to 5pm).
Reporting to Accounts Payable Manager, your
responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- End to end processing of creditor invoices
- Preparing and processing payments accurately
- Reconciling of all creditor accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of all accounts
payable transactions
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
regarding invoice payments
- Assisting with general administrative as
required
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated prior experience in a similar role
- Experience using SAP would be
highly regarded
- Strong communication skills both verbal and
written
- Intermediate Excel skills with high analytical
skills
- A team oriented, customer focused and results
driven attitude
