Wurth Australia has been supplying assembly products within the automotive, construction and engineering industries for over 70 years. We have approximately 550 employees visiting 47,000 customers and selling our wide range of uniquely branded workshop supplies.
About this role.
This role provides strong administrative support to the Key Accounts Department and our sales team in driving sales, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. This role is based at our Head office in Dandenong South.
Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, your responsibilities will include:
- Compiling monthly and quarterly national and international customer reports
- Creation of customer presentations, proposals and agreements
- Maintenance of pricing and customer data through SAP
- Processing requests relating to Key Accounts from our sales force and customers
- Coordinating Key Accounts training to our Sales Managers
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
- High accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work
- Excellent computer skills, an advanced level of Excel and previous experience with SAP will be advantageous
- Ability to work under time pressure
- High degree of professional integrity and confidentiality
- Be available to work from 9.30am until 6.00pm
Whilst industry related experience would be beneficial in this role, we are willing to provide full training to an enthusiastic and driven individual who is prepared to learn and develop themselves in their career.
