As a valuable member of
the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for supporting our
sales team and our customers. You will be joining our dedicated and highly
motivated team based in our new state of the art facility in Dandenong South.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Providing
exceptional phone-based service and support to our salesforce and customers
- Monitoring
and actioning a variety of email enquires
- Data
Processing
- Providing
administrative support as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you will
possess:
- A
passion for delivering first class customer service
- Excellent
communication, data processing and attention to detail skills
- The
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The
flexibility to work from 8.00am to 5.00pm with occasional later shifts
- The
ability to work as part of a team and deal with high call volumes
