This role is ideally suited to someone with a genuine interest in
Recruitment / Learning & Development and enjoys working in a very fast
paced environment.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities will
include but not be limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the Recruitment and Learning
and Development team
- Managing the Recruitment and Training Inbox
- Delivering excellent service to our managers, applicants and new
starters
- Assisting with posting job adverts, organising interviews,
reference checking and onboarding activities
- Supporting our monthly induction program for new starters at
our National Training Academy and providing follow up support to new employees
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a "can do attitude
- Strong Administration skills and experience
- An ability to prioritize your work in a fast-paced
environment
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- A willingness to work as part of part of a team
