Wurth is a global leader in assembly products within the automotive, construction and engineering industries for over 70 years. Wurth in Australia has approximately 550 employees visiting 47,000 customers and selling our wide range of uniquely branded workshop supplies.

Due to the ongoing expansion of our business we have a fantastic opportunity for an IT professional to join our team in Dandenong South. If you have a passion for IT with relevant IT studies we would like to hear from you.

In this exciting position you will primarily be working on our Helpdesk and working on scripting, web development, server and network administration.

This hands on role will see you support both our on-road sales force and office professionals Australia wide.  Your ability to multitask, work with high ticket volumes and provide exceptional customer service both via phone and email, will be key to your success.


Key duties in this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Customer Service: Respond to all enquiries via phone & email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Problem Solving: Develop and troubleshoot processes, code and scripts to optimize and automate our systems and tasks.
  • Attention to detail Collecting and curating data as well as keeping system configurations aligned.
  • Documentation: Ensure documentation is consistent and to a high standard.

 

 


     

    Candidates with experience or exposure working with the following will have a distinct advantage in this role:

    • Experience supporting IOS devices
    • Experience managing fast-paced, high volume enquiries using a ticketing system
    • Experience with development of the troubleshooting process, code and scripts to optimize and automate our systems and tasks.
    • IT Skills coding/scripting in multiple languages/systems (Powershell/Autolt/Javascipt/VBA/Jira/SQL etc.)
