We are currently recruiting for Channel Development Manager (HORECA) to be based in Port Moresby.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing in this role, the successful incumbent is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for a specific Channel within the organization and developing strategies. Also responsible for maximizing profitable volume growth by executing point-of-purchase marketing strategies in alignment with consumer purchase behavior and customer needs for the selected channel in General Trade/ Modern Trade.

  • University/Bachelors degree
  • 7 10 years experience in FCGM / marketing or sales position, experience in analyzing market share, availability and other distribution related reports, experience in negotiating and working with vendors for POS material.
  • Fluency English and Pidgin
  • Involvement in supervising
  • Excel and PPT skills
  • Conducting performance reviews
  • Delegation
  • Market and channel analytics to understand where business growth opportunities are.
