We are a well established learning and development consultancy based in Singapore with over 20 years of track record and we specialize in leadership and team development at Align SMA. We are part of the Carrots Align Group (see www.carrotsalign.com).

 

ABOUT THE POSITION 

We are recruiting experienced candidates for learning and development consulting roles with the following key job responsibilities: 

  • Manage large projects in learning and development with an emphasis on leadership and team development   
  • Apply development profiling tools 
  • Manage Book of Coaches and Facilitators 
  • Designs and business objectives
  • Lead intellectual product development
  • Strong client management skills and build lasting and continuous relationships with clients
  • Champion sustainability agenda as a key pillar for development of executives and teams

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • Experienced graduates with at least 2 years of working experience in same or related field.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 

Qualified in one of the following disciplines :

  • Human Resources,
  • Business Administration,
  • Organizational Psychology,
  • Organizational Development,
  • Instructional Design,
  • Learning and Development.

SKILLS REQUIRED 

Candidates who possess the following skills have proven to succeed in the role: 

  • Strategic thinking 
  • Exceptional relational skills
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Attention to detail and deliver work through self and others that is of a high standard
  • Goal driven team player and work well in cross functional team collaborations and thrive in fast- paced environments       
  • Business development skill
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word / Power Point / Share Point Instructional Design Packages / Learning Management Systems 

INDICATIVE PAY RANGE 

  • From SGD 7k (technical consultant) -12k (senior consultant)
