We are currently looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team, working in a fast pace environment with a team of 4, you will be providing purchasing and logistical support to coordinate the replenishment of over 12,000 stock lines.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, your
responsibilities will include:
- Provide purchasing and
logistical support to coordinate the replenishment of over 12,000 stock
lines
- Liaise with local and
overseas Suppliers
- Provide effective, timely
communication to external and internal Customers
- Provide analytical support
to optimise Purchasing strategies
- Be a team player with the
ability to work autonomously
- The ability to multi-task
and prioritise workloads in a fast paced environment
To be considered for this opportunity, you
will possess:
- Strong verbal and written
communication skills
- Strong analytical
skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft
Office
- Good organisational and time
management skills
- The ability to work as part
of a team
- Experience with SAP and
our products would be advantageous but not essential
Whilst industry related experience would be
beneficial in this role, we are willing to provide full training to an
enthusiastic and driven individual who is prepared to learn and develop
themselves in their career.
