ABOUT THE POSITIONS We are recruiting entry level or
short experience candidates for total rewards consulting roles with the
following key job responsibilities:
Manage small projects in executive rewards and
linking performance management and measurement systems
Design and implement basic reward strategies and
solutions to meet clients requirements and business objectives
Contribute to intellectual product development
Build client management skills and lasting and
continuous relationships with clients
Incorporate sustainability considerations into
performance management for incentive purposes
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Fresh graduates and graduates
with up to 2 years of working experience in a related field
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Qualified in one of the following disciplines : Human
Resources, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data
Science, Computational Finance, Mathematics, Accountancy, Engineering, Finance
or Econometrics
SKILLS REQUIRED
Candidates
who possess the following skills have proven to succeed in the role:
Exceptional
numerical and analytical skills
Basic
project management skills with ability to drive projects to successful
completion
Good
presentation and facilitation skills
Attention
to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
Goal
driven team player and work well in cross functional team collaborations and
thrive in fast- paced environments.
Possess
good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel / Word / Power Point / Share Point
INDICATIVE PAY RANGE
From SGD 5-7K per month
