Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional phone based service and support to our salesforce and customers
- Monitoring and actioning a variety of email enquires
- Data Processing
- Assisting with enquiries and sales at our trade counter
- Assisting with front office reception as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
- A passion for delivering first class customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The flexibility to work from 8.00am to 5.00pm with occasional later shifts
- The ability to work as part of a team and deal with high call volumes
- Knowledge of our products would be an advantage but not essential
Whilst industry related experience would be beneficial in this role, we are willing to provide full training to an enthusiastic and driven individual who is prepared to learn and develop themselves in their career.
