Due to Wurth's continuous growth and development, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Dandenong South. You will be supporting our sales force covering vacant territories, building strong customer relationships and supporting the increase of active customers as well the reduction of customer fluctuation.  

Ideally, you will come from a sales background, as well as demonstrating good technical aptitude and strong customer service skills.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the sales force covering vacant territories
  • High volume outbound calls to customers generating orders and being an additional point of contact
  • Provide effective, timely communication to our Wurth customers
  • Processing customer related requests
  • Managing customer balance and customer fluctuation 
  • Database management

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication 
  • Excellent customer service or sales experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good organisational and time management skills 
  • The ability to work as part of a results driven team  
  • A mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to Wurth products would be advantageous

Whilst industry related experience would be beneficial in this role, we are willing to provide full training to an enthusiastic and driven individual who is prepared to learn and develop themselves in their career.
