Credit Controller - Afternoon shift

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, friendly and passionate Credit Controller to join our team, covering the afternoon shift (11am to 7pm during standard time and from 12pm to 8pm during daylight savings time).
You will love making friends with our customers while ensuring they pay inside our trading terms.
Reporting to Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Supporting the end-to-end control of Accounts Receivable process
- Accounts reconciliation
- Liaising with customers, sales staff and internal stakeholders
- Accurately processing and recording of payments etc.
- Responding promptly to customer and internal enquires providing accurate advice on billing queries
- Resolving customer disputes promptly and professionally
- Reviewing and updating the stop credit list
- Creation of new accounts
- Providing ad hoc support and reports to the sales force and management when required
To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:
- Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
- Intermediate Excel skills with high analytical skills
- A team oriented, customer focused and results driven attitude
