We are looking for a WS1 Support Specialist
to support the WS1 and Speedy platforms Manager by providing specialised Wurth
WS1 (SAP) advice and support to internal and external stakeholders on the
evaluation and development of WS1 capability and functionality.
Your responsibilities will include but
not limited to:
- Facilitating process improvement
including capturing needs, improving existing Wurth WS1 process /
transaction and defining new system capabilities where required
- Providing WS1 support
including the triage, investigation and resolution of support incidents
for internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying
areas for improvement to ensure high service availability.
- Liaising
with stakeholders to specify and improve WS1 interfaces with all systems.
- Writing up requirements and
specifications to increase functionality and capability of Wurth WS1
- Developing documentation and
training material of WS1 features and best practice and running internal
and external training as required
- Providing specialized WS1
Technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting on actual or
perceived security breaches
To be considered for this opportunity,
you will possess:
- Proficiency in WS1 (SAP) and
supporting B1 Finance Systems
- Prior experience in providing
supporting the Speedy platform
- Excellent communication
skills
- Excellent literacy and
numeracy skills
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting
skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft
office
- Relevant Bachelors degree
- At least 12 months prior experience
in a similar role
