An exciting opportunity presents itself for a Service Technician to join this specialist supplier and service provider of European sourced industrial, commercial, and medical washing equipment to major companies and organisations throughout Australia, New Zealand, and SE Asia.

This successful and growing business is searching for an experienced, self-motivated, and full time Field Service Technician covering Sydney Metro and regional areas of NSW and Southern QLD.

The Role

This role will see you using your broad range of skills and trouble shooting skills. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties and responsibilities will include and not limited to

         Basic maintenance duties on medical washing / disinfecting equipment at hospitals and aged care facilities

         Placing thermal data logging devices inside washing/disinfecting equipment, recording the temperatures throughout the various cycles

         Downloading and processing the recorded data.

         Carry out commissioning and validation tests according to Australian standards

         Maintain a high level of service, both in quality of work and in response time to breakdowns.

         Be available for frequent regional, interstate, and possible overseas travel when required to carry out responsibilities

         Complete tasks and timesheet in the service management system in a timely manner.

         Ensure through supervision and training that the best practises of the Companys OH&S program are adhered to

         Able to work autonomously

 

Qualifications and Experience

         Restricted Electrical Licence highly regarded

         Clean manual driving licence

         Thermal validation testing experience highly regarded

         Excellent communication and customer service skills

         Professional and neat presentation at all times

         Proven diagnostic/problem solving skills

         Experience with repair, installation and preventative maintenance in a similar industry highly regarded

         Basic computer skills

A generous remuneration package is on offer, dependant on experience, which will include a fully maintained vehicle, phone, tablet, and uniform.
