We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, technical savvy Product Manager to join our Marketing & Product team, as a Product Specialist based in Dandenong South.

Reporting to the Head of Product, your responsibilities will include:

• Remaining up to date with current market trends in industry and product
• Creating Sales orientated product marketing programs
• Managing the product range including current, new and obsolete products
• Managing gross profit and turnover by article range in line with business and divisional requirements
• Supporting key stakeholders including sales force, internal departments and external suppliers with technical assistance
• Liaising with local and international suppliers to introduce new product lines
  

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess:

• Previous experience in product or category management
• Experience with fasteners and anchor technology related products
• Excellent computer skills, an advanced level of Excel and previous experience with SAP will be advantageous
• Excellent organisational and management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Strong stakeholder relationship and negotiation skills
