Carrots Consulting is a leading Human Resource Consulting firm engaged by some of Singapores largest and most respected companies.

We specialize in Executive Compensation Consulting  and Total Rewards Solutions encompassing Talent Management, Talent Development, J
ob and Salary Structure, Job Evaluation, Incentive Bonus Plans, Share-Based Compensation Plans and Employee Benefits Studies.


We are expanding and we are inviting applicants who are dynamic and highly motivated to join us as
COMPENSATION AND TOTAL REWARDS CONSULTANTS


The incumbent should preferably have 3-5 years working experience, must be Degree Qualified in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computational Finance, Mathematics, 
Accountancy, Engineering, Finance or Econnometrics.

 

Applicants with relevant experience in Compensation and Total Rewards will have an added advantage.


Incumbents without relevant experience but possess high numeracy and analytical skills will be considered for the Analyst / Associate Consultant role.

 

Primary Responsibilities

1.       Manage large and complex projects on rewards and linking performance management and measurement systems

2.       Design and implement innovative strategies and solutions to meet clients requirements and business objectives

3.       Contribute to intellectual product development

4.       Take on a significant role in client management and ensure lasting and continuous relationships with clients

5.       Incorporate sustainability considerations into performance management for incentive purposes

 

Job Requirements

         Experience in HR Consulting

        Good knowledge in Total Rewards Best Practices including Performance-Based compensation Plan Design and Modelling, Salary Structuring, Performance Management and Measurement Systems, including Scorecard Design and Implementation and Talent Management and Learning & Development Practices OR

         Possess Excellent Finance / Actuarial Skills  

 

Candidates who possess the following skills have proven to succeed in the role:

1.       Exceptional numerical and analytical skills

2.       Strong Project Management Skills with demonstrated ability to drive broad complex projects to successful completion

3.       Excellent Presentation and Facilitation skills

4.       Attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

5.       You are highly goal driven team player and work well in cross functional team collaborations and thrive in fast-  paced environments.

6.       Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

7.       Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word / Power Point / Sharepoint
